Since September 2020 volunteers from the Rotary Club of Waterloo have helped the Food Bank with sorting bins of donated food products for distribution across the region. The activity is currently on hold, but will resume after COVID restrictions have been lifted.
In the shortened 2020 calendar year Rotary Waterloo sorted 32 bins of food = 15,939 lbs of food which provided 12,452 meals to our community.
During the December 2020 sorting session Rotary Waterloo President Tracey Weiler presented a check for $4000 to the Foodbank to assist them in their important work.
